Today while visiting the DollarTree, I found the cutest Kelly sized play furniture.
This is a play sink with a pot.
Here is the most adorable table and chair set with tea cups.
This is a desk. There was one more item that was a bakery type setup.
I saw this little cutie in Walmart and had to take her picture. She is probably 14 - 16" tall. Hard to see her hair in this picture, but it is two afro puffs.
I saw these the other day. I especially like the one with the little cups.
ReplyDeleteGeorgia Girl - I can't wait to put the little table with the sink. Oh the days of seeing little kids play house. Sooo cute.
DeleteUh oh! I have to go to the dollar store now LOL! Is it at the chain Dollar Tree?
ReplyDeleteVerona - Yes, it's at the chain Dollar Tree. Good luck.
DeleteI haven't been to a Dollar Tree store lately. Thanks for sharing this information.
ReplyDeleteD7ana - I've been trying to limit my visits. I love when you get to the counter and they say "did you find what you were looking for?" I always want to say, "I wasn't really looking for anything." But I don't.
Deletelol ... it's extra fun when you aren't looking and find something. Like finding a last piece of candy bar.
DeleteYou know, I just noticed some of your blog text is in chocolate brown. Yes, I know I need to get hold of some chocolate soon. Real soon.
Thanks for posting. Will have to check the Dollar Tree by my house!
ReplyDeleteFrannie - You're welcome. I love sharing good finds.
DeleteI picked up these sets a few weeks ago. Back in the fall they also had a Kelly-sized wardrobe and some arm chairs. I can just see these sets in your day care center.
ReplyDeletelimbe dolls - This was my first time seeing them and I visit regularly. You Northerners are a little ahead of us Southerners. LOL! Don't mention that four-letter word....day care center. Right now it's a four letter word because I haven't taken the time to finish it. All I need is 20 mins to finish. All the furniture is there. I just need to do the walls. Hopefully these sets will inspire me to finish it.
DeleteThose sets are cute! Im gonna have to go to my local dollar tree and see if i can find them!
ReplyDeleteWilliam - Hello. Good luck in your search. The sets are pretty sturdy. Much nicer than I would expect.
DeleteOur dollar tree had them, but they were all beat up and the dolls where fugly...so I had to wait to buy them til the kids weren't with me. That way I can buy them and trash the ugly dolls. Either that, or I'll go to a different DT--the one in our town is kind of crappy.
ReplyDeleteMiss Lola - Yeah, I never worry about the dolls. I have no intention on using them. I will use a couple of the outfits though. To get the little furniture for $1 is so worth it. Good luck finding some cute dolls. LOL!
DeleteThey are cute Vanessa...I love what comes with them. I know you will have a special place for it all! Hope you have a wonderful weekend! Hugs
ReplyDeleteLoretta - Hello dear. I am accumulating way more stuff than I will ever use, but it's nice to have it when needed. Can't wait for Sunday dinner.
DeleteYou know, the Dollar Tree is readily turning into my goto shop for crafting and 1/6 scaleable items. Doesn't hurt that it's in walking distance. ^_^
ReplyDeleteHey It's Muff - Yes, you've done some wonderful, inspiring projects with those Dollar Tree items. I'm glad mine isn't in walking distance. I do enough damage as it is.
DeleteI saw those and I immediately thought of you!
ReplyDeleteKaye - LOL! Thanks for commenting. When I walked down the toy aisle I wasn't expecting to see anything. My heart skipped a beat when I saw them. I redid the daycare area and set them up. The kitchen cabinet even opens. It's soooo cute!
ReplyDeleteD7ana - Wait until you see what I found today that I wasn't looking for. I hope you have had your chocolate by now. You seeing chocolate everywhere has me worried about you. LOL!
