So Who Got the Bodies?
Vanessa stayed late reviewing all the applications. She realized, from the turnout, how important it was to get this task done quickly. She made her decisions and called the lucky ladies. To her surprise, they all wanted to come back and get their new bodies right away. Once they arrived, she sent them all to another room to get help with the body changing process.
The ladies all returned with big smiles on their face.
"Well ladies, I see you have all made the body changes. Is everyone happy?" (Vanessa)
"Yes!" (The ladies in unison)
"So let's review, so I can record all the changes." (Vanessa)
"Okay. So, Kenya and Top Model Nikki both got new Made to Move bodies, right?" (Vanessa)
"Yes." (Nikki and Kenya)
"And Lisa, you got Kenya's old body." (Vanessa)
"That's right. Thank you so much! You don't know how much this means to me." (Lisa)
"Okay, now Brandy, you took Nikki's old body, so that you could have better head movement, which left your body available for Christie. Did I get that all right?" (Vanessa)
"Yes." (The ladies.)
After the ladies left, Vanessa noticed she had overlooked one application. It was pastor Carmelia's. She felt really bad. Pastor Carmelia didn't have any articulation. She had two bent arms. Do you know how hard it is to give a sermon without articulation? Vanessa made an executive decision
"Hey guys. It's the next day and I am here with pastor Carmelia and her family. I decided to donate my body to her. My body had full articulation, which now enables her to properly hug her two children. Unfortunately, I had to seize Shannon's body. I'm hoping we will see her again in the future. She was pretty cool." (Vanessa)
"Look at this happy family. I don't regret my decision. Did I fail to mention, I got the third Made to Move body? Goodbye for now." (Vanessa)
Vanessa leaves feeling pretty satisfied. She has made at least six dolls very happy the past two days.
"Honey, I am so thrilled about your new body. How do you feel? Any soreness?" (Dasia)
"My neck is a little tender, but it was all worth it. I love all this wrist action." (Carmelia)
"Grandma, we have on the same colors." (Carla)
"You're right. Come over here so we can get our picture taken." (Dasia)
Awww, aren't they cute?
This was Dasia when she left the house this morning. She is sporting her new black ribbed sweater. One is available in my etsy store.
