The ship's dining room is full. Halle and Diego haven't made it to the dining room, yet. Let's check in on a few of the other guests while we await their arrival.
There's a familiar face. It's Paulette, Danielle's sister-in-law. Mmmm, apparently she has a new beau. No wonder we haven't seen her lately.
"So what's next on the agenda, babe?" (Don)
"Let's go relax by the pool." (Paulette)
"Okay. Let me finish my beer, first. Then we can go." (Don)
"I just can't believe it's over. I gave that man 5 years of my life. What a waste!" (heartbroken passenger)
Her friend, Christine, listens intently, and tries to be supportive. Deep down she's happy that her friend's relationship is over. Her ex-boyfriend was a top notch jerk, who treated her like crap.
"Darrin, can you please finish your dinner, so we can go. We have to go meet Daddy." (British mom)
The ship's bartender is ready to serve. The bar was a gift from my dear friend
Cindi Mortensen. She handcrafted it, and sent it to me as a thank you for letting her adopt the black puppy. Isn't it beautiful?
We finished just in the nick of time. Halle and Diego have arrived. Halle is wearing a beautiful white cotton, full length dress, by Shasarignis. As a matter of fact, Shasarignis must be a popular designer. Paulette and the heartbroken passenger are both wearing designs from Shasarignis.
"Everything looks so good. What do you feel like eating?" (Diego)
"You know I'm always down for some good seafood." (Halle)
As the heartbroken passenger continues reminiscing, Christine turns her attention to the fine specimen at the buffet. She notices the lady on his arm, but she doesn't see a ring, so he's fair game.
"Are you even listening to me?" (heartbroken friend)
"Sorry. I was distracted by that gorgeous man at the buffet." (Christine)
"Honey, that table just opened up. Why don't you go grab it? I'll bring you some seafood. What else would you like?" (Diego)
"I'll take some asparagus, too." (Halle)
Halle heads to the empty table.
After sitting for a bit, she notices that the lady at the next table hasn't taken her eyes off Diego. At first Halle just smiles. Face it, Diego is hot. After awhile, she starts getting irritated. Seems like she's trying to make eye contact with Diego. "I know that itch sees me sitting here. Now she's just being rude." (Halle to herself)
Diego returns with two plates.
"I brought you some scallops and asparagus. I also have a lobster tail for you on my plate." (Diego)
"Thanks, honey." (Halle)
"Damn. Look at that arse." (Christine)
"My ex had a beautiful arse, too." (heartbroken friend)
"I'm going to get us some drinks. What would you like?" (Diego)
"A glass of white wine, please." (Halle)
"What's up? Can I get a glass of white wine and a dark ale." (Diego)
"Sure thing. How are you enjoying your trip so far?" (Bartender)
"Can we get back to me and my problems?" (friend)
"You gave that man 5 years already. Do you really want to give him more time? Especially when you can spend that time meeting new people." (Christine)
When Diego returns with the drinks, he notices that Halle is a little tense.
"What's wrong?" (Diego)
"You didn't notice your audience? The one in the blue has been staring you down the entire time. It's as if she doesn't even see me." (Halle)
Diego pulls Halle's chair a little closer.
"Do I detect a little jealousy?" (Diego, smiling)
"No, I'm not jealous. I just don't like being disrespected." (Halle)
"Honey, do you know how often I have to deal with men staring you up and down? You are beautiful and that goes with the territory. If I let that bother me, I would be fighting constantly. You know you have my heart, so you don't have to worry about anyone else. So can we eat before the food gets cold? " (Diego)
He gently kisses Halle on the lips and then digs into his plate.
We'll check in on them later.
Meet Darrin. He's the newest Chelsea sized little boy.
His mom is the British Doll of the World.
I just bought this head. After I attached him to his new body, he started looking like actor, Don Cheadle. I'm not sure if that's who he's supposed to be, but I'm named him Don. We will see more of him in Morristown.
