Ham for the Holidays

With Halloween out the way, Thanksgiving is just around the corner.  Have you started planning your meal, yet?  My dolls are already planning their gatherings.  I had a request to make a doll ham, like the one my dolls had last year.  I finally got around to making them yesterday.   I made one for the requestee and one for the Etsy store.  The ham will come loose on a foil wrapped board.  You can remove it and add it to your own platter if you like.

UPDATE:  The ham that was in the Etsy store sold almost as quickly as I posted it.  I didn't want you guys to think I never posted it.  I may add another one in the next few days.

  10. That ham looks so realistic - no wonder it sold fast. You'll probably have to make one for your own doll's feast too.

    1. Carrickters - Thanks. That's how this whole ham thing started. I made one for my dolls last year. You can see the two different Thanksgiving dinners, one for the Taylor's, and one for Danielle, in this post.

  12. I say this from the bottom of my heart but you should be a damn MILLIONAIRE! Mattel got nothing on the accessories and furniture you make for your little dollies. I wish Mattel had stuff this great in America for little girls. American dolls accessories are not this extensive unless they are specialty doll accessories. Your doll food, accessories, clothes and furniture reminds me of the Japanese doll accessories. The Japanese toy makers put immense detail and creativity into their doll supplies. They not only capture the Japanese ancient and modern culture in the toys but they but they capture the realism of the popular Japanese culture among young girls. The Momoko dolls have great wardrobe. They are just so expensive. :(
