The Wedding Reception Conclusion (Video)
The wedding reception has ended. What a whirlwind! And to think we were worried about Melanie. I wonder where she's been hiding. Maybe I should have had S.W.A.T looking out for long lost dads, too.
Party! Party!
Awww.

Very poignant. I hope that Shantavia got some photos of Rod and Danielle cutting the cake. I was really looking forward to seeing what you had created.
Congratulations on completing a riveting series! Yesterday I was talking to a friend. While she was on the phone, she stumbled on Rod and Danielle's wedding invitation and marveled at how beautiful it was. Then she started looking at the videos and she was hooked even though she doesn't like dolls. Bravo!
limbe dolls - Funny, from day one of the wedding, I was looking forward to showing off a wedding cake with pedestals and everything. I just couldn't bring myself to do another video in this series. There is so many more stories I want to do. I loved that last picture of Paulette in the video. You were looking so cute.
Thanks for telling me of your friend. I love being able to bring a smile to someone's day.
I love the drama of this story and the severals little story of each character, it's like to see a show on tv like Brothers&Sisters!! I loove all of this!! GREAT!!!
Sergio - Thanks! They had me on my toes with this reception. Just trying to keep up with everyone's issues. I really like the show Brother's and Sisters. I just started watching again from the beginning. Talk about drama.
Vanessa! This has been wonderful. You have really entertained me while I've been bed ridden. I wish I could've also sent you pictures if my dollies going to the wedding. I hope you'll understand. I'll be looking for more girl! I need stuff to little things like thus that I can handle reading/watching. Lol! Jk
My Fashion Doll Fantasy - Welcome to my blog. I am thrilled that my stories have kept you entertained. I can't imagine being bed ridden. I will keep them coming. There's lots more planned. I sure hope they give me a break from these major productions with umpteen people. For some reason they like to get together and party. I am going to steer them to small dinner parties for a while. I hope that whatever is ailing you, leaves your body soon. In the meantime, stay positive.
Thanks for sharing this lovely story of Rod and Danielle. Thanks for allowing others to contribute - I enjoyed viewing some of the tangential stories, too.
Now I can anticipate your next story thread. Who will it be?
D7ana - Thanks for being a part of their big day. They enjoyed seeing Joe and the other quests. Girl, wait until you see who showed up on my doorstep today! And it's not Max, although he will be coming soon.
This was a lovely finale to the reception although I too was looking forward to seeing the cake being cut. Maybe you can do a photo post when Rod and Danielle choose the photos for their album. Looking forward to your next stories - including who showed up on your doorstep today.
Carrickters - Funny, I had a whole story line planned where the cake would be delivered and everything. Oh well. The doll that showed up was so handsome that I got out my bike pump, hoping I could make him my size. It didn't work. Lots more stories on the horizon.
Nice end to a wonderful video story, Vanessa. I too wanted to see the cake and the cutting of it.
I like the elements of drama that you did include when initially I don't think that was your plan. You just never know how things will work out until you're in the midst of it all. I think the dolls truly do write their own stories.
DBG - There was so much real drama going on in my life, it was only fitting that there was drama in the story too. I guess I can now reveal that I broke Rod's leg right before video #2. I was going to write that into the story and have them rushing him to the hospital, but I changed my mind. Now I have to figure out what to do about his leg. It's going to put a crimp in my honeymoon story. I guess the shower scene is out. LOL!
Ok, Morgan may not be the life of a party...he may not even be the one to get a party started...but he sure knows how to be a show stopper, LOL! This was a great episode! I was on my toes, wondering how the brothers were going to take the return of their father.
Aw, that Ian! When you look that fione, who can stay mad. :)
Loved the decor, especially the bar scene. Now, on to the photo story above.
Kenya - Didn't Adele look a little ticked off? I saw her in her hotel room with Mike. She's fine, now. LOL! She was a little tense, but that's all be rectified. Not sure what's next. I have to take a minute to make some stuff for the store.
Thanks Roxanne! You guys made it so much more enjoyable with all the excitement and participation. There's lots more coming, but nothing that grandiose for a long time.
Beautiful job Vanessa. Sometimes I get so engrossed in the story line that I forget they aren't real. I wish they made tv shows this good. Thank you for making these videos for us to enjoy.
Thanks Debbie! I just love your little family. Just think when we started you just wanted to be a cute brunette sitting in the back of the church. You got the handsome doctor and two ________ kids. (You fill in the blank).
It's a shame we didn't see the cutting of the cake, but I understand that there are more important things in this wedding... like recovering a lost father! You did an INCREDIBLE work with all this wedding, I can't believe it's finished... but I know there will be many more stories from Morristown!!
Rossetti - I know. I was looking forward to the cake cutting, the bouquet throwing, the garter removal, etc. That darn Freeman. Life will throw you a curve ball occasionally.
Freeman is still on my side eye list, but I'll let it go. If that were my wedding I'd never ever ever forget it. I'm sure Danielle is a lot nicer than me though, lol.
This was a sweet, heartfelt ride you know. I think I found your videos right when Rod first spied Danielle on the beach trip. I'm seriously even tearing up thinking about it.
The work, the effort, the quality... I just want to thank you for letting me, us, step outside ourselves to enjoy so many moments in your creative world.
Muff - Underneath it all, Danielle was really upset with Freeman, but she wanted to be supportive of Rod. Once she gets to know Freeman better, I wouldn't be surprised if she told him how she felt.
What a sweet compliment. Thanks! Now you got me tearing up. There's lots more to come. Stay tuned.

DeleteWell, at least everything got settled in a way. Poor Danielle. My favorite couple from the wedding is Sunny and Chang. They look so cute dancing!
ReplyDeleteVerona - I was surprised to see Chang out on the floor. He is not one for dancing. But they did look cute out there.
DeleteAwww I can't believe its over I'm not ready to go home!!!!! I was having a very good time

I was also looking forward to seeing the cake. Nice video!
ReplyDeleteGeorgia Girl - Thanks. Danielle did without half her wedding activities. I would think you guys could live without cake. LOL!

Tracy - LOL! He sure stopped that reception dead in it's tracks. Rod was just not in a party mood after that. Who could blame him?
DeleteRaven ain't no fool. She's seen the limited number of fine, young, single, Black men in Morristown.
Don't forget to check out Brad. I just posted his intro.
Wow that was a deep story line. Adele looked pissed. This was very well played out Vanessa. What's next? :-(
