Made a quick stop at the Dollar Tree for some Cracker Jacks. One of my favorite snacks. As usual, I went to the toy aisle first to see if there were any goodies. There were! There were six articulated TJ and Dwayne dolls hanging up. I grabbed all of them. The outfits will come in handy for my larger sized action figure athletes. I have one TJ doll in my collection, but he is not articulated. Of the six dolls, four were TJs and two were Dwaynes. I will keep one of each as is, and use the other bodies as donors.
Each outfit is layered, which makes for a nice wardrobe.
He is fully articulated in the arms, wrist and knees.
That's the best $6 I've spent in a long time!

ReplyDeleteCindi - I think this was a fluke. I don't typically find such great doll items. Or maybe people just beat me to them. I imagine they had just put them out, since there was such a variety.

Phyllis - It definitely made my day. I wasn't expecting to buy anything, so I didn't have a cart. Didn't take time to get one, just grabbed all six dolls. Of course while standing in line, a couple of them kept falling. The little boy in front of me, turned to his mom and said "Wow, she has a lot of stuff!" The lady cashier said "TJ!!! I didn't know we were selling these." I sure hope they had more in the back for her, because there weren't any left on the shelf.
