More Guests at the Cookout

Other guests have arrived to the McGraw cookout.  I don't have time for a story right now, but we can at least take a look at who is here.  Last time we met Tim's sister, Tracey.  Well today we find out that Kate also has a sister.  It's Stephanie Hart.  Remember her?

Everyone has gathered outside in the courtyard.  Kate is getting ready to put some of the food on the table.  She is approached by her niece, Kimberly.

"Auntie, can I watch TV?"  (Kimberly)
"Don't you want to stay out here with everyone else?"  (Kate)
"But my show, Shake It Up, is on."  (Kimberly)

Kurt and Samantha are here with their two daughters.

The Hart family is here.  This is Stephanie, Kate's sister.  Kimberly is her other daughter.  She is holding her daughter, Jessica.

Stephanie brought the Pack 'n Play, for their newborn, Aiden.

That is Stephanie's husband, Ethan, talking with Tim.

Tim has been grilling the past hour.  So far he's sticking to the basics.  Hamburgers, hot dogs, and steaks.  I don't know if he will get to that barbeque chicken.

The grill is full.  I wouldn't mind having one of those burgers.

I think one more family is due to arrive.  I don't know where they are going to sit.  It's already crowded out there.

  7. Love the grill scene and the hamburgers do look good enough to be eaten by a 1:1 scaler, lol. Almost ;-D

Love the red-white checked tablecloth ... traditional and classy.

Wish them all a great time.

  8. LOL! When I was scrolling down the photos I thought that was a cooler with a wrapped rump roast in it and then you said it was a baby in a crib! I must be hungry!

I'm feelin' that Kimberely. When I was a kid I couldn't stand it when people would come over 'cause we(I) would be forced to socialize with them and I couldn't just go and be by myself. If I wanted to go somewhere else I had to take some little brats with me and play with them and crap. Uck.

That is a handsomely detailed grill.

    1. Muff - LOLOL! You must be hungry. You saw the red outfit and thought red meat. I think that socializing scenario played out for quite a few of us. If the other quests show up, Kimberly will have someone close to her age, to hang out with.

  9. Wonderful families, Kurt looks like a very modern and avant-garde daddy! And the grill is awesome, is it Mattel?

    1. V. - Kurt is a pretty cool dad. Yes, the grill is Mattel, but I painted it. It used to be red and silver. It's from the 2008 Summer BBQ set.

  11. Look good! Yeah, there are some cookouts with a lot of space and not many people and some with a lot of people and not much space! Which
one have the best food? I have that Ethan action figure too. I haven't connected with him but I don't think I tried either. Something about how he is standing and holding the bottle makes me think he wants to get out of there. A little PTSD. Is that the Kurt you purchased? He has a full life (and articulated body) there! Awwh! So... no snack huh.

    1. Ms. Leo - The food here is slammin'. Ethan is okay. He's not as social as some of my other dolls. Yes, that is the Kurt I purchased from you. He's very happy here. Bethany and the kids are his pride and joy. You never know there may be snacks.

    1. Dukasha - Yes, the red-headed dolls have united. I thought about inviting that family. I had Paul in my hands yesterday. But I opted for a different family. So stay tuned to see which one.

  17. Wow, they seem to be having a wonderful time! I love those BBQs with family and friends, in my family we use to enjoy them as many times as we can. In fact, my father's bbq is quite similar to your 1:6 one.
