Yesterday was my birthday. Yay! Nothing like an excuse to buy more dolls. Considering I gave away seven dolls and have recently put a few up for sale, what's one more doll?
This box arrived yesterday and I was so excited. I opened it up and .....
It's Morocco. Not what I was expecting. LOL! I kind of forgot I ordered her, but I had to use my Barbie Collector coupon and I picked her.
She's a very pretty doll with a very nice outfit. One of our Targets is selling the Fashionista dolls for $8.89, so she now has a body waiting to connect with her.
Here she is with her hair out. I think I will give her some nice curls
Today, the doll arrived that I was waiting for.
And here she is! Sweet in Switzerland. Someone must have changed their mind on buying her, because I got an email saying she was back in stock and I jumped on it.
Her dress is a beautifully made one-piece. The belt is separate.
She comes with a blue, lined cape with a muff and hat.
She also comes with a nice pair of ice skates.
Happy belated birthday! Nothings sweeter than getting some dolls for your birthday (and a great excuse to get them too)! That Morroco Barbie has one of the better Lara faces I've seen, and I feel like your going to get overun with more Poppy girls soon...

ReplyDeleteConnor Lucas - Thanks. I wasn't sure about this Poppy until after she came out. In the past the hair for the red head was totally different from the promo pics. This one was spot on. I love the United Kingdom outfit. I have two similar trench coats, so I couldn't justify spending that money just for the scarf.
