Target's Lifesize Dollhouse

Have you guys seen this yet?  Target built a lifesize dollhouse in the middle of Grand Central Station.  They filled it with over 3000 Target products.  I saw this initially on the blog iheart Organizing.  One of the authors was actually there and got to tour the bottom level.  If you want close ups, check out her post.

  2. Nice house. But why do they call it a "dollhouse?"

    1. Grandmommy - I guess because not too many real house have the back of the house wide open like that. If you didn't know it was lifesize, it looks just like a dollhouse.

  8. Note to All: I'm glad you enjoyed the house. Isn't it amazing. When I saw the video, I was inspired to design my own doll house, Barbie sized. They made it look so easy on the video. LOL! But I do love the shape of the house and do think it would make a great design for a fashion doll house. If my plate wasn't already overflowing, I would probably do it.

  9. I feel like saying, 'only in America'. Totally amazing and brilliant advertising for Target. The house is a lovely shape and I can see lots of style ideas for both big and little houses.
