Collection Storage, Display and Organization by atelierniShasha

Our fellow blogger, Shasha of atelierniShasha, has put together a fabulous three part blog post about doll collection storage, display, and organization.  She reached out to fellow doll enthusiasts and gathered some invaluable information.  I have yet to have a moment to read through, but I wanted to share this wonderful information with all of you.  As I stated, there are three parts, and I am going to provide links to all three parts.  I think you are going to really enjoy this!

Shasha, on behalf of me and other doll enthusiasts, I want to thank you for all the hard work you have put into this.  I promise I will read every word very soon.

Collection, Storage, Display and Organization: The Dolls

Collection, Storage, Display and Organization:  Dolly Must Haves

  1. Clearly, this is the time of year when spring cleaning is foremost in our minds!!! Did not know about this blog. I'm not sure I want to store my dolls in mass and in sealed plastic containers as seen in a few of those photos, and since my last post I've been told that the dolls tend to fall out of the shoe hangers when you open & close the door... but there are lots of other interesting ideas for storage and it's great to see how other collectors deal with organizing their doll stuff. Thank you for those links.

    1. April, I actually found a solution for the shoe hanger problem. My gals are nice and snug and don't move one bit when I open and close the door. I plan to post pics on my blog when I finish my overhaul of the doll room.

  5. It's good of you to share Shasha's posts with folks who may not have read them as they were posted. It was some very useful information. I told her that the series was a timely one as I was in the process of completely overhauling the doll room. I reorganized my dolls, clothes, accessories, diorama items...pretty much everything. I plan to post pictures of the changes when I'm all done.

  7. First time on this site and I'm in love. Came across this site from a link on Pinterest pinning Barbie dolls. If collecting dolls had a level, I would be a level one. I've collected a few dolls for a few years but then stopped.
