Check Out This Birdhouse

Saturday at woodworking, one of the members brought in his Al Gore inspired birdhouse.  I just had to share it with you.

This is the inside of the birdhouse.  It has a tv, a mirror, a lamp, flowers, a radiator (not visible here), and a real bird's nest.

Overhead view with the top taken off.

It even has a ceiling fan....

...that is powered by the external fan.

It is a solar powered house, complete with skylights and made with recycled materials, hence the reference to Al Gore.

  4. I can see the photos and that guy has some serious skills. In particular I find that ceiling fan quite appealing.

    1. Muff - He used a full size table saw to make some of these items. Now that's pretty impressive. I love the little radiator the best. The ceiling fan is cool, too.

  5. This guy is quite talented with wood. I really like the detail in this house. Now, take out the bird nest and increase it to 1:6 scale and you'll have a cozy little cabin for Barbie! :-)
